Give guests a reason to book direct

Most guests meet a hotel on an online travel agency first, compare it with every other property nearby and book wherever the price looks best.
A hotel that wants more direct bookings has to give people a reason: a clear idea of what the stay feels like, told the same way everywhere they look.
That is why our hotel work usually starts with brand identity and tone of voice. For The Regent, formerly the Hotel Regency, the job was to present a reimagined four-star hotel in the heart of Chandigarh as something new while keeping a story that goes back to 1991.
For Ramada Gangtok, a Ramada by Wyndham property with a casino, a spa and a rooftop pool, it was making many experiences read as one stay. For Pride Biznotel, 26 rooms and three event spaces near Haldwani Railway Station, the identity had to speak to holidaymakers and business travellers at once.
The identity then carries through what a guest actually touches: key cards, door hangers, linen, amenity bottles and menus.
Then come the pages that do the selling. We built landing pages for Ramada Gangtok, The Regent and The Palms, so a guest who finds the hotel on social media or search lands on a page made to turn interest into a booking or an enquiry.
