Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community-building activities.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and storytelling.
- Work on influencer collaborations and partnerships to increase brand reach.
- Track competitors’ activities and industry trends to implement innovative social media strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
