Social Media Manager

  • Handling all the accounts, the agency have and make sure the deliverables are on time.
  • Setting up clear goals for the accounts in terms of performance indicators and metrics.
  • Increasing the engagement rigorously through captions, polls, contests, giveaways and any other activity.
  • Make sure the feed meets the brand guidelines and mood-board of the brand.
  • Running up the campaigns with clear goals along with defining the objective of the campaign.
  • Be active with the trends happening in the industry of social media and integrating them.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to the queries, reply to the comments in a timely manner.
  • Time to time account audits and taking appropriate decisions on the accounts for brand visibility.
  • Connect with the design team and help them with ideas as per the competition and industry standards.
