Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage client accounts, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, strategies, and results.
- Gather feedback and work proactively to resolve any issues.
- Represent the agency at client meetings, events, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in client relationship management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising and digital marketing services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
