Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, goals, and expectations.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure timely project execution.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to clients.
  • Handle client concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, website development, or creative services is an advantage.
