Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, strategies, and results.
  • Gather feedback and work proactively to resolve any issues.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings, events, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in client relationship management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising and digital marketing services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
