Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements, goals, and expectations.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure timely project execution.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to clients.
- Handle client concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Understanding of digital marketing, website development, or creative services is an advantage.
