Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, pitches, and strategies to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, preparing regular reports on progress and achievements.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and advertising trends.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
