Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, pitches, and strategies to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, preparing regular reports on progress and achievements.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and advertising trends.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
