Responsibilities
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to drive brand growth.
- Shape and communicate the company’s vision and mission effectively.
- Manage and lead a team of social media marketing & design teams.
- Develop creative strategies to motivate the target audience to “take action.”
- Establish performance benchmarks, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends, research consumer behavior, and track competitors’ activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing, branding, and advertising activities beyond social media, ensuring wider brand visibility.
- Optimize brand presence across multiple channels, not limited to digital platforms.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions to enhance brand performance.
- Devise innovative growth strategies and solutions to branding challenges.
- Align the organization around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
- Plan and execute branding roadmaps and timelines in collaboration with teams and clients.
- Strategically plan for go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager.
- Strong ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, with effective communication at the executive level.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and designing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix beyond social media optimization.
- Ability to enhance brand visibility across multiple verticals.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach and analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills to manage and guide social media marketing & design teams.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
