The Role:
We are seeking a High-Impact Brand and Project Manager who will act as the operational bridge between our client’s ambitious visions and our creative team’s flawless execution. This role is for a systematic thinker with a burning passion for out-of-the-box brand building. You will not just manage tasks; you will manage brand momentum and project profitability.
Core Responsibilities:
I. Strategic Brand & Client Leadership (The Extra Mile)
- Brand Ownership: Fully immerse yourself in the client’s business, becoming the primary strategic contact and ensuring every deliverable (design, copy, web) aligns perfectly with the brand’s vision.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships, acting as the client’s advocate internally and the agency’s primary face externally.
- Feedback Champion: Systematically gather, analyze, and translate client feedback into actionable insights for the creative team, ensuring the “humble feedback” process is constructive and swift.
- Creative Alignment: Ensure all project outputs are pushing creative boundaries and meeting our agency standard for “crazy” yet effective brand concepts.
II. Project Management & Systematic Execution (The Traffic Controller)
- Project Planning & Scoping: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial brief and estimation to final delivery, ensuring clear scope boundaries and profitability targets are met.
- System Enforcement: Utilize the agency’s Project Management (PM) tool (e.g., [Name your tool]) to manage timelines, assign tasks, and strictly enforce the SOPs and Quality Gate checklists (as overseen by the Operations Manager).
- Timeline Adherence: Maintain high rates of Project Timeline Adherence by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they impact client deadlines.
- Resource Allocation: Work with department leads to ensure resources (Designers, Developers) are allocated efficiently to maintain high Team Utilization.
III. Team Leadership & Enthusiasm (The Energizer)
- Motivate & Guide: Manage and motivate the team assigned to your projects with full enthusiasm, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-energy work environment.
- Accountability: Be responsible for ensuring all team members submit time logs accurately and adhere to project documentation standards (MOMs, notes).
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the main communication link between the creative team, the performance marketer, and the founder.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or Brand Strategy, preferably within a digital/creative agency environment.
- Demonstrated passion for out-of-the-box concepts and a portfolio/history of contributing to brands that genuinely stand out.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a belief in the power of structured systems (SOPs, PM tools) to enable great work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a professional yet human touch.
