Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless transition and delivery of services.
  • Consult with senior management to drive innovation and enhance existing services to meet market demands.
  • Scheduled and coordinated meetings between senior management and clients to discuss business expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings with internal teams and clients to oversee project development and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact information.
  • Assist in business development efforts, including creating business models, project budgets, and contracts.
  • Support contract negotiations and due diligence processes to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work towards achieving business growth objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in a digital agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales pipelines, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet revenue targets.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to grow within the company.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and online advertising trends is a plus.
