Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless transition and delivery of services.
- Consult with senior management to drive innovation and enhance existing services to meet market demands.
- Scheduled and coordinated meetings between senior management and clients to discuss business expansion opportunities.
- Conduct meetings with internal teams and clients to oversee project development and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact information.
- Assist in business development efforts, including creating business models, project budgets, and contracts.
- Support contract negotiations and due diligence processes to secure new business opportunities.
- Work towards achieving business growth objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in a digital agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales pipelines, and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet revenue targets.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to grow within the company.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online advertising trends is a plus.
